FAQ's

We believe clear communication and dependable service go hand in hand. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive regarding equipment service, response times, pricing, and corporate policies. If you don't see your question listed, we're always happy to provide direct guidance.

What are your rates?

Service pricing can vary depending equipment type, travel distance, and the level of support your facility needs. Because Hero Fitness offers preferred pricing, partnership discounts, multi-site discounts, and contract options, we don't list flat labor rates publicly.

Our pricing structure is designed to be highly competitive. As a lean, efficiency-driven service organization, we are able to provide some of the most affordable rates in the industry without sacrificing quality or response time.

Response time depends on location, equipment type, and current service volume, but we prioritize fast communication and scheduling.

We have a policy to respond to all service requests within 24 hours, and urgent situations are evaluated for same-day or next-day availability. Our goal is always to minimize downtime and restore safe operation and quickly as possible.

Do you service all brands of fitness equipment?

Yes. Hero Fitness services nearly all major commercial fitness equipment brands, along with many speciality and legacy models. Our technicians are experienced across a wide range of cardio, strength, and functional equipment.

Even if a device is end-of-life (EOL), although options are limited, we may still be able to help. Our technicians are highly experienced electro-mechanical technicians with national certifications and OEM training. We are often able to restore functionality, extend usable life, or provide practical alternatives when traditional support is no longer available.
